Introduction:
one of the oldest know religion is Judaism. You will be surprised in how much people still practice it today.
Founder:
The founder of Judaism was Abraham. Abraham was the first Jew he only be lived in one god. The Jews thought that God called Abraham out of Mesopotamia in order to make a covenant with him. Through this covenant, God would give Abraham's descendants a new land.
Number of follower & their locations today:
The number of followers in the world for Judaism is 14 million people. Some of the places that they practice Judaism is in Israel, Europe and the U.S.A.
Holy book:
The holy book for the Judaism is called the Tanakh. Its a book that God's revealed instructions to the Jewish People.
Holidays:
Some of the religious holidays that the Jews celebrate are Hanukkah On the left there is a picture of the candlesthat they light up during Hanukkah. In addition other holidays they celebrate is Jewish new year and they celebrate the pass over.
Rituals/customs:
Some of the customs they have is going to Saturday morning, Friday night and Saturday afternoon services. Another thing that they do is evening and morning prayers.
Dress/clothing:
The clothing that the Judaism wore white robes, wigs. For the women they wore head covering.
Organization:
The organization for the Judaism was rabbi (Rebbe in Hasidim)
SO this is alright, but maybe you should explain the Tanakh and Hanukkah a little bit...
